History: Gifted from a young age, Nelkin studied abroad. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born into a rich family. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
