History: She comes from a rich southern family. Paela was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paela decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Murook isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born in a small island village. She found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anakis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
