He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Rohesia took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.
