Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Hatae was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hatae decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hatae fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
