History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Alston's homeland. Alston decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the east to a Weaver, Urshar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a rival would like her out of the picture
