History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Fulbar reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fulbar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
