History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Nedda was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Nithther was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Performer. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Frug grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and revenge
