History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gale was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Kasdeya does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She got into the Carpenter business at a young age. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carpenter for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Oren hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
