History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. The war was a terrible time for her, and Tiaathque does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tiaathque fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Shadow was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Shadow's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and to get a good night's sleep
