Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Silvo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to unite with his sister

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Silaqui learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
