Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Cockaby was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cockaby's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Syllin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
