His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Adelard was taken on many hunting expeditions. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Healer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Tana was born the youngest of three triplets. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital.
