Description: This slender man stands about 3'7". He wears dull tan sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed ceremonial dagger, just in case. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Cockaby was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cockaby's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miner for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is content

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mercenary for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: She wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. She is portly but not overly obese. Her red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lavinia grew up listening to her father's many stories. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Lavinia has worked very hard to control her curse. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
