However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
