Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker father left him crippled. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Barakas never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
