Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Soveliss isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Soveliss was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He also has developed a complete distrust of the Detective profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Interpreter. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the east to a Shipwright, Meriele learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Crown-heir, but she got bored and became a Shipwright. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
