History: Herleva hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: Kelter speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Kathra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
