Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Bendoo was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bellfounder, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great joy in being the best Crown-heir in town.

History: Burgell was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.

History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Thervan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has money and likes to spend it
