History: Born to a Barber, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Bilga liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
