Description: This man stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears bulky violet painted plate armor. His tied-back hair is white. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To protect her home; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has decided she is irredeemable
