Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Erevan has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Cook again.
