History: Joan hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has worked as a Scribe like her mother before her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
