History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
