He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Laborer father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
