History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fargas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fargas. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. A gifted student she started as a Adventurer, but she got bored and became a Unemployed. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and many gnolls want her driven away

History: Torbera lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
