Description: An older woman who is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak, she is not a threatening figure. Her moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed grey hat.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Finellen was born the youngest of three triplets. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bowyer, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Cloud hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Cloud was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cloud's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of giants
