Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Arannis was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to raise his children well

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She worked as a nervous Assassin and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality
