History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Tethren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Being a Shepherd kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bowyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bowyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bowyer for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult.

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She got into the Mortician business at a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She struck the Mortician job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
