The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Carrie was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Cockaby and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Emmeline was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cook.
