Personality: Shivering is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east. His first spouse was a Cook, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and doesn't want to be a gardener and was forced into it by her family
