History: Spear was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents enrolled her in a Ranger school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She tends to her Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
