Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her club with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. With bright chestnut hair. She is baby faced.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Oriel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Oriel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Description: 6'8" and muscular, this northern man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. River fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has wavy copper crest. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. His white hair is thinning but still full. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Gubrash wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gubrash grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gubrash. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
