History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nedda studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Nedda took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
