History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she prefers to wear flannel. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Thiala was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Guard. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: Falkrunn was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Falkrunn and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and revenge

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the east to a Blacksmith, Thiala learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She became a Blacksmith soon after.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and further expansion of business
