Through the years after Cask was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cask's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a ploughman and was forced into it by his family

History: Cressel hails from a village terrorized by drow. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
