Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anne embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Anne was born the youngest of three triplets. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: Melissa hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
