Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. She carries with her a set of ceremonial daggers on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. She has black crest. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She likes to wear grey tank tops with brown skirt. Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Urshar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This late middle aged man wears long strands of ruby and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths and is in decent physical shape. His hair is black and very short. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Tod's homeland. Tod decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has money and likes to spend it
