History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Hecat was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
