History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nora grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nora. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He takes great joy in being the best Apothecary in town.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
