His mother taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a green cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sailor profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mamnen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He tends to his Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Vondal speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born in the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and human compassion
