History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thamuz grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thamuz. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Arava was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job
