Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the east to a Apothecary, Raiann learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Raiann took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly shields and hammers. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ovina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ovina. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He prefers to wear flannel. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Adam wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Adam lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Detective. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Cairn was taken on many hunting expeditions. Cairn was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
