History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tanglar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Hunter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
