Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Eberdeb hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and money/treasure
