History: Osco was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Cimer enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Cimer was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cimer's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
