History: She comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is greedy; and retire the richest woman in the west
