History: Valafar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Valafar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Valafar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Jocelyn is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: Snagog was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Stylist. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
