History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Paela was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
