Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Beggar. She struck the Beggar job and began her own company from there.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
