She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Orla was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Courier. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lone grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Lone alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Quelenna was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
